AHC/WI: Both Vichy France and Free France post-WW2

So I've been thinking about Vichy France and Free France lately, specifically because the US was relatively supportive of Vichy and became rather pissed at de Gaulle because he ordered a Free French takeover over Saint Pierre and Miquelon, where a pro-Vichy governor ruled over a pro-Free French population. But anyways, basically I want to know if it is even remotely possible for Vichy France AND Free France to come out of WW2 as indepedent states without the war having ended in a Nazi victory? And if that happens to be the case, what happens to the "minor" colonies in the Pacific and the Americas? How long could "Free France" survive as an entity?
