The Second Partition of Poland left a Polish rump state, controlling only a fraction of the vastness that was its original territory. Now I know that Poland was in dire straits, facing strong outside influences and a powerful nobility on the inside, but can the borders established during the Second Partition somehow stick until at least 1900/about 100 more years? Either as an independent state or in personal union with either Prussia or Russia, doesn't matter. Though you'd get bonus points if it remains independent.
