AHC: Second Polish Partition borders stick until 1900

The Second Partition of Poland left a Polish rump state, controlling only a fraction of the vastness that was its original territory. Now I know that Poland was in dire straits, facing strong outside influences and a powerful nobility on the inside, but can the borders established during the Second Partition somehow stick until at least 1900/about 100 more years? Either as an independent state or in personal union with either Prussia or Russia, doesn't matter. Though you'd get bonus points if it remains independent. For reference, here's a map of the partitions.
